4/20/2023 - haha nice

 Day 2 of not having my meds-

jk my mom got them for me yesterday but holy shit work was awful for the first hour. because i was emotionally unstable. because i didn't have my meds and i had started my period. plus i was working with someone i do not like. he did something absolutely vile to a friend of mine and is terrible at his job. here's the things he did just yesterday (reminder I work at Starbucks):

1. put in a matcha as a mocha TWICE

    a. proceeded to tell me that I was the wrong one even though he was the one that fucked it up

    b. basically what happened was before I got there someone ordered a matcha with a bunch of different customizations. he put it in as a mocha. it was made as a mocha. she got it as a mocha. 

        i. she came back and requested the drink she was supposed to get 

        ii. my coworker went to go make it. 

        iii. as my coworker is remaking that someone else orders a matcha with 6 pumps of vanilla. 

            1. HE PUTS IT IN AS A FUCKING MOCHA AGAIN

        iv. however, I was listening and I made the proper matcha. the one that was with 6 pumps of vanilla.

        v. i finished the 6 pumps of vanilla one before my coworker finished the remake.

        vi. i gave him the 6 pumps one

            1. HE PROCEEDS TO GIVE IT TO THE REMAKE LADY

            2. she takes it and drives off, probably super done with us and i don't blame her 

        vii. my coworker finishes the remake and he's like "wHeRe'S tHe MoChA?"

            1. THE "MOCHA" THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MATCHA THAT I MADE AND HE GAVE TO THE OTHER LADY

        viii. I tried to explain it to him and he proceeded to not listen to me and argue.

        ix. so since he put it in as a mocha they made me make a mocha 

            1. HE THEN DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER AND I HAD TO THROW IT OUT TWO HOURS LATER

        x. he also basically did the same thing with a frappe.

        xi. it made me cry

        xii. i fucking hate this guy

2. made a vanilla bean creme frappe.

    a. it was supposed to be made with almond milk and no whip

    b. he made it with whole milk and whip

    c. he doesn't read the instructions (WHICH COULD KILL SOMEBODY)

3. is super rude/mean to all of the customers

4. spells the names wrong

    a. idk if he is doing the 'haha baristas at Starbucks can't spell' bit or if he's genuinely illiterate but it pisses me off

5. we think he's doing drugs lmao
