4/19/2023 - uh oh

 Ayup-

so this is really obnoxious but i don't have any meds. i ran out yesterday. so today is day one of having no meds. which is perfect because i had a meltdown/breakdown yesterday in math class. i went home and almost punched something. i was shaking and crying and hyperventilating. it was great /j. i honestly just want to go home and sleep for thousands of years. i am scared honestly. because when I'm not on my meds i get really depressed really quickly. so hopefully i stay alive. no one asked if i was okay yesterday so that was great. anyway, see yall later
